^{NMS: - Software / Operating Systems: IOS, Protocol Analyzers (Wireshark), SolarWinds, Visio}

^{Basic knowledge about ITIL concepts is required.}

^{Highly self-motivated and directed.}

^{Strong project management skills.}

^{Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.}
